AECB CarbonLite Training Centre Cancellation and Refunds Policy

There are separate cancellation and refunds terms and conditions for each of our courses.

In all cases where the AECB may cancel a course, a choice of a full refund or transfer to another course (balance made payable for a more expensive course) will be offered to all delegates.

AECB CarbonLite Retrofit Foundation (CLRf) full course

It’s important that students can make the most of the course, if they take a look and find that it’s not suitable for their expectations/requirements we can provide a refund.

Refunds can only be issued within the first 14 days of enrolment onto the course.

Refunds can only be issued if no more than two of the lessons have been completed.

Transferring a place on the course

If you are unable to attend the course you are booked on, you may substitute, by prior arrangement and after notifying us via email (training@aecb.net) someone else from your organisation, within the first 30 days of enrolment.

Transfer of a place on the course is only possible if no more than two of the lessons have been completed.

If a student has been enrolled for more than 30 days, it would still be possible to transfer the course account over to an alternative learner, however, this would be for the price of a course renewal. Please see the website for current renewal prices.

Transfer of a place on the course is only possible within the first year of enrolment to the course.

Transfer of a place on the course may only occur once.

If a cancellation is made less than 14 days from the booked course start date, please refer to the course specific refund policy.

If a learner within the discounted group drops out of the course prior to starting the course, that place on the course can be held open for an alternative learner from that company/organisation, providing the course has start dates available within that current calendar year (for courses with set start dates), or within a year of purchase for courses that have continuous enrolment.
