These terms and conditions apply to the AECB’s Carbonlite Retrofit online courses. They should be read alongside, and are in addition to, our privacy and cookies policies. Please read these terms carefully. By accessing the website (by whatever means or device) and using the online content and courses, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and the privacy/cookies’ policy  In booking an online course with us, you accept the following terms of booking:

Payment

When you make a booking, you must pay the full fee for the course. You can pay online via credit or debit card. Alternatively you can email sally@aecb.net to request to pay by cheque or BACs. All fees must be fully paid prior to embarking on the course.

Refund Policy

Fees are only refundable if you are dissatisfied with the course and contact us: sally@aecb.net within seven days of starting the course in order to discuss receiving a refund. You will retain access to the course materials for an additional 6 months after the course completion date.

Certificate of completion

A certificate will be provided once you have completed the course satisfactorily.

Confidentiality

You will keep all material content confidential and not divulge, use or exploit the same except as expressly permitted under any supplementary written agreement entered into with the AECB. The foregoing restrictions shall not apply to the extent the information:
(a) ceases to be confidential and enters into the public domain, or (b) is acquired by the receiving party from a third party free of any obligation of confidence, or (c) is required by law to be disclosed.

If a situation arises that has not been covered by these Terms, we reserve the right to take any fair and reasonable action that we think appropriate.
